diverse selection helpful staff
I found the breakfast selection quite diverse. It included items such as scrambled eggs bacon and various breads. The coffee was also of good quality. I also appreciated the room's cleanliness and spaciousness. The staff were very kind and helpful, especially during breakfast.

convenient location nearby shop food spot
The location is near a bus stop for airport transportation which took only a short walk. A shop across the street offered convenience. I found many nearby food spots.
The bathtub was quite narrow making showering a little difficult.

great location helpful staff comfortable beds needed essentials
The hotel is near both the bus and Metro station. Several coffee shops and restaurants are located nearby. The staff was friendly and helpful. The beds were very comfortable. The room had everything needed.
The bathroom light flickered, and there was no toilet brush available..

The staff was very helpful and cute, ready to assist with directions and recommendations. They also provided daily room cleaning and fresh towels were great, though the elevators were unreliable.

The hotel is close to public transportation with easy access to the metro. There are several restaurants and shops within walking distance. I saw that the area felt safe even at night.

The room featured hardwood floors and blackout curtains! A mini-fridge, a safe, and a coffee maker were available. I also found one complimentary bottle of water provided upon arrival.

average stay with some issues
poor cooling unhelpful staff
the air conditioning struggled to cool the room it was july so this was quite noticeable. public areas also felt warm. front desk staff did not seem eager to help they watched me struggle with a broken elevator without offering assistance. the juice at breakfast was not chilled either

spacious room clean bathroom complimentary wine
I found the room spacious and clean, including the bathroom. The hotel provided all necessary amenities. I was welcomed with a complimentary bottle of wine, apples, coffee, and a bottle of water. They replenished the water daily during room service (a thoughtful touch).
I noticed that the insulation wasn't ideal. The room felt a bit chilly. There was no thermostat available for individual adjustment. I found this a little inconvenient .

The hotel is conveniently located close to metro and bus stations. Walking to both Plaza España and Plaza Catalunya is quite manageable from here. These features added great value to the overall experience.
Dining
10/10
Breakfast offered a variety of options each day. This meant the selection never became boring. I also loved the grapes left on New Year's Eve (a very thoughtful gesture).
